New Years Eve

We had some family and friends over tonight to celebrate the New Year. :)

6th night….when will it end?

Melissa took Logan and Gavin out to the mall today, so it was just me and Brayden hanging out with our colds all afternoon. This evening, we lit the candles for the 6th night of Hanukkah. Since Logan and Gavin got “presents” at Toys ‘R Us earlier, only Bray opened a gift tonight. He got race car slippers, and is very excited about them.

5th night of Hanukkah

We’ve now been opening presents on a daily basis for 6 days. That’s every day starting with Christmas Eve. Do you think the boys will apprectiate how lucky they are when they are older, or will they just be utterly baffled by the conflicted yet same religions?

New Camera

Today we got a new digital camera to replace the battered, broken, and blurred one that we’ve used for the past couple years. Here’s a helpful hint, don’t drop digital cameras onto the sidewalk while riding a bike in Ocean City. It kind of ruins them for good.

Anyway, here are the first 4 pictures. The one of Logan and Gavin was actually taken in the darkened basement where they were playing Lego Star Wars on the Gamecube. I can’t beleive how well the flash worked, and that it actually came out in focus (mostly).

The Incredibles on Ice

Melissa and her mom took the boys to see “Disney on Ice – The Incredibles” this afternoon. They all had a great time and came home exhausted.

Gavin and Logan opened some Hanukkah presents, but poor Brayden was passed out after the long long day.

Hanukkah

Tonight was the second night of Hanukkah. (We missed lighting the candles on the first night.) …not quite sure the boys understand how lucky they are to celebrate both Hannukah and Christmas…

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah

Christmas day, opening presents, visiting at Pop-pop, Aunt Joann and Uncles Rick’s house. Lots of fun, lots of being tired. We didn’t get to light the Hanukkah candles tonight with the boys since they were all passed out.

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve at Steven and Mares house eating, opening gifts and doing an awful lot of relaxing.

Just one photo of Brayden sleeping on Melissa’s lap, clutching his light sabre.
