Logan, Gavin, Brayden, Patrick and Jack were all hanging out on the front steps today. Melissa couldn’t resist taking a few pictures of the five of them together.

The kids have been loving this week. The weather has been fantastic, and they’ve been able to play outside a LOT.

Guess who loves popsicles, ice cream, water ice, etc.

There’s something better than not spending money on gas when I work at home. I get regular visits in my office from Melayna. She just wants to hang out with me as opposed to the boys who want (1) to play video games (2) to play on the computer like me (3) chocolate milk (4) to know when we’re going to the toy store or (5) to tell me about their latest fight with one another and who hurt who.

We let the kids stay up a lot later than usual tonight. Melayna was hanging out with Gavin while Brayden helped fold laundry. We haven’t told him that it isn’t actually fun to do yet. shhhhhh

The kids were having a blast out back on the swingset. They all wanted action shots of themselves jumping off swings etc.

Today was day #4 of Melissa’s fever. Nothing but a virus that she’s fighting through…

A guy from Closetworks was here to install new shelves and cabinets in the laundry room and hall closet. I was pretty skeptical about the whole thing, but he did a fantastic job. We now have a lot more space to organize all of our messes.

Logan opted out of Karate, but Gavin loves it. Here are photos of him from this evening’s class.

Logan and Gavin both had soccer games this afternoon. It was a lot colder and windier than yesterday at the baseball fields. Logan scored one of his teams 4 goals, and Gavin scored 5 for his team.

Today was Warwick Baseball’s Opening Day. Brayden had his first T-Ball game at 10:45, followed by Opening Day Ceremonies at Noon, and both Gavin and Logan had games at 1:15. It was fun, but exhausting. Melayna and Melissa both got pretty sunburned. Logan and Gavin both rotated through lots of positions. Gavin played 1st, 2nd, 3rd and short. Logan played 1st, 3rd, center field, catcher, and pitcher.

Somehow we managed to take just over 80 photos today, and they all turned out really well.
